Judgment Against Alcohol Moderation: Is it Fair?
Alcohol and I have had a complicated relationship over the years. My use has ebbed and flowed mostly based on situational stress, self-sabotage, and avoidance. Sound familiar?
It’s a tale that many of us are incredibly used to and some gain a label of problem drinker rather than look at the action of problem drinking. Unfortunately, many of us live in a culture where alcohol is a social norm, and that binge drinking isn’t problematic unless it negatively impacts others.
